Meet the team

PEG S.E.A.’s team of equally experienced field personnel warrants the quality of fabricated parts and top quality execution of installations, construction and maintenance works on site.

On this background PEG S.E.A. has successfully implemented projects in the Philippines involving its new and full range of service portfolio. Highlights amongst those were the replacement of a 25-meter kiln shell in two sections in CEMEX Solid Cement Corporation and the replacement of a 14.25-meter kiln shell in three sections in LAFARGE Republic Cement Bulacan including girth gear replacement also in CEMEX Solid Cement Corporation. PEG S.E.A. had already executed the replacement of the top 33 meters of the main smoke stack as well as its structural re-enforcement and is at the time of this writing still finalizing the modification of the calciner from a pot to a flesh type with two inlets. In LAFARGE Republic Cement Bulacan PEG S.E.A. has been contracted for the mechanical maintenance of its horomill.

For HOLCIM Philippines in its Bulacan and La Union plants PEG S.E.A. undertook the complete inspection and elaboration of as-built drawings involving state of the art scanning and imaging technologies. Again for LAFARGE Republic Cement, but in Teresa plant, PEG S.E.A. carried out the demolition of 12 old raw meal and homogenizing silos in confined space and has now been contracted to execute the demolition of an old crusher and building on a hillside location.

It goes without saying that in all activities PEG S.E.A. works in strict compliance with local and internationally recognized standards whilst utilizing its location and affiliates to add sustainable value for its clients’ at competitive prices.
